Measure sleeve seam to sleeve seam across the back

Arm extended out, measure from the shoulder to just below the wrist bone.

Measure around the upper torso just at the arm pit.

Measure around the stomach at the largest point. Relax when measuring.

Measure at the belt level.

Measure the circumference of the hips.

Measure at about two inches below the crotch.

Measure at about half way between the knee and the ankle.

Measure from the crotch to the desired pant length on the inside of the leg.

Measure from the belt line to the desired pant length on the outside of the leg.

Measure from armpit to the desired pant length.

Measure from the hollow at the base of the neck to the middle of the belt line.

Measure from the middle of the belt line in the front, through the crotch to the middle of the belt line in the back.

Measure from the bone at the base of the neck to the middle of the belt line.

Measure around the neck at the adams apple

Measure full body height (shoeless).

Accurate weight.
